Editing the Title Tag Structure.

By editing a part of template's html, we can customize the title structure of our blog. Title tag is responsible for how our post title appears on SERPs. So, lets see how to customize it.

Go to blogger, Select a blog and Click on Template.
Now, Click on Edit Html.

Now, search the below code in starting para of html. You can see this code 3 times. 1st one is the blog title, second one is page title and last is 'Page Not Found' page title.

There's no need to customize the blog title and 'Page Not Found' title. We have to edit the page title and edit it according to your needs. Recommended on is below.

Customizing the Meta Tags of the Template.

Meta tags are really very important for SEO. We should ignore it. Meta tags are a bunch of html elements that search engine bots look for to understand the every single page of your blog. Almost every custom blogger template have these tags and you just need to customize it. You can follow this post to add SEO friendly meta tags to blogger.

Editing the Main Navigation Menu & Social Media Links

After installing the template, insert your category links to the main navigation menu. It simplifies the navigation system for visitors. Very soon, I will write a complete post on how to insert link in Navigation menu in blogger.

Removing the 'Powered by Blogger' Attribution From the Sidebar.

If your blogger template has a attribution link at footer, there's no need of the same at sidebar. So, it's recommended to remove it. By default, this element stays locked and you can't remove it simply. To remove it, follow the below steps.

Go to Blogger > Template > Edit Html.

From the dropdown, select Attribution1
Look up for the below code

Now replace the true with false.
Save the Template.
Now, Go to layout section the remove the attribution widget simply.
